It needs to be a tight fit, and then the muscle is supposed to shrink down to the smaller post at the end. Personally I do not think that it works well , but it is one that is ok as a toy to use. Everyone is different though.
whats the end of it look like? the one i have is flat thats very painful. ive not been able to get it to go in. my old one is 7mm and its to big. is a 14mm bigger or smaller then 7mm for exsample?
