Screw-in Ball Rings
Screw-in Ball Rings, also known as Screwball Rings, are special body piercing rings ideal for many different piercing types. These rings are very similar to the popular Captive Bead Rings (CBRs) but Screw-in Ball Rings have a bead that fixes onto the body of the ring. Screw-in Ball Rings are generally smooth and round but they have a small opening. The opening comes with a threaded post. The ball (bead) is hollow and it screws directly onto the post. It means that the bead in Screw-in Ball Rings is securely screwed to the body of the ring. This provides more security than the typical Captive Bead Rings because it is much more difficult to lose the ball. One of the main problems with CBRs is that it is so easy to lose the ball or for the ball to simply fall out. This doesn’t happen with Screw-in Ball Rings because the ring is securely screwed to the ring itself.
Screw-in Ball Rings can be used for a wide range of piercings. Almost any piercing that can accommodate rings as jewelry can use Screwball Rings. Earlobe piercings, ear cartilage piercings, nostril piercing, eyebrow piercing, various lip piercings and nipple piercings are just some of the numerous piercings that can use Screw-in Ball Rings as their jewelry.
