Frenum ladder is a male genital piercing that consists of multiple individual frenum piercings located along the shaft on the underside of the penis. A frenum piercing is one of the most popular male genital piercings and it is very easy to perform. It is therefore not surprising that there are many men who choose to have more than one frenum piercing and to build a frenum ladder. Typical frenum piercing is located just under the penis head so a typical frenum ladder starts there. From this point, a frenum ladder goes down the shaft all the way to the base of the penis. These piercings located low on the shaft are typically known as “lorum” piercings.
Individual piercings that make a frenum ladder are typically done on the center of the penis shaft but it is possible to build a frenum ladder to the right or the left side of the shaft. A good frenum ladder will start at the underside of the penis head and it will go all the way down to the base of the penis but it doesn’t have to stop there. A frenum ladder can be expanded to the scrotum with a series of Hadafa piercings and to go all the way down to the perineum. Typical jewelry for frenum ladder piercings are Captive Bead Rings (CBRs) or other type of piercing rings.
