Important things to Know about Testicular Stretching

Ball StretchingMany people who are interested in testicular stretching do not really understand what this procedure means. It is important to be fully informed about this activity and what you can gain with it. This is the only way to be satisfied with the results.

The most important thing you need to know about testicular stretching is that you don’t really stretch your testicles. Instead, you stretch your scrotum. This is why it is more adequate to call it scrotum stretching. In practice, this activity is known as “ball stretching”, even though you don’t really stretch your balls (testicles).

What is Testicular Stretching?

Testicular stretching (ball stretching) is a procedure in which the scrotum is stretched so testicles hang lower than usual. The key thing to understand here is that the stretched part is the scrotum, not testicles. There is a huge difference: testicles are glands located in the scrotum. What is stretched during this procedure is the top part of the scrotum, above the testicles themselves. As a result, the testicles go down and the man achieves a much lower hang for his testicles. However, testicles themselves are not affected by stretching. The only thing that is stretched are the spermatic cords, but they are not as sensitive as testicles – stretching your spermatic cords will not cause pain.

This is a very important distinction, because it ensures that testicles themselves are not hurt. While there are some men who enjoy pain, CBT (cock and ball torture) and extreme modifications, this is not one of those. You don’t have to hurt testicles during this procedure; in fact, your testicles will stay in a perfect shape and be as ready for sex as before stretching. They will not be stretched or directly hurt during ball stretching, so if pain is not your thing, don’t worry: it is possible to perform testicular stretching in a safe and comfortable way.

That being said, if you do enjoy pain and extreme activities, you will find a way to incorporate this into your ball stretching routine. However, it is important to know what testicular stretching doesn’t have to be painful at all.

This is great news for all those who like the look and feel of low hanging testicles. Some people really like the idea of ball stretching but are scared that it may be painful or uncomfortable. A great thing about testicular stretching is that it can be done safely and comfortably, but you need to be careful and informed on all the aspects of ball stretching.

Is Testicular Stretching Dangerous?

While testicles themselves are not stretched during ball stretching, it is important to know about all the potential risks associated with this activity. It is important to remember that balls stretching can be done safely and without problems, but this is still an activity that can bring numerous risks. You need to understand these risks if you decide to try ball stretching.

The first potential problem is an injury. Penis and testicles are very sensitive and their tissue can be hurt easily. This is why it is important to learn as much as you can about ball stretching procedure before you try it. It will help minimizing the risks. It is also vital to use only high-quality ball stretchers specially designed for the purpose of stretching your testicles. This is important because a good ball stretching device is essential into keeping you safe.

Injuries can be very minor, such as pinching your skin between the edges of a ball stretcher but they can also be very serious. If you are not careful you may constrict the blood flow or cause testicular torsion, which is very painful and dangerous. It is important to know all the safety guidelines in order to minimize this risk.

Another potential problem associated with ball stretching is the issue of fertility. It is currently unknown whether testicular stretching affects a man’s fertility or not. There is no proof that it does, so your fertility may not be affected at all. On the other hand, there is no proof that it doesn’t affect fertility so this is something you need to keep in mind you wish to father children.

If you want to try ball stretching it is best to discuss all these issues and potential problems with a kink-friendly doctor. A kink-friendly doctor can give you good guidelines and help you perform testicular stretching in a safe and comfortable way.

  1. how long can the spermatic cord be stretched or no limit because some people have very long hanging ball sack because I can stretch my ball sack 12 inches and spermatic cord stretches with it causing extreme pleasure.please respond thank you.

    • How long, and what increment weights did you use to achieve a 12 inch scrotum length. I am at 6 inch plus diameter of testicles so assume 8 inch overall.

  2. i place my balls in a u-shaped wall hanging device installed at hip level, and lean back and let my balls stretch to my own weight , never hurt my self ,
