How long should you wear ball stretcher every day? It depends on the type of stretchers that you use and your desired results.
How
Long to Wear Ball Stretcher Every Day?
You probably know that the key to a success with ball stretching is to wear your ball weights regularly. Many people decide to use their stretchers every day. This is one of the best ways to ensure noticeable results and success with ball stretching. How long you need to wear ball stretcher every day to see these results?
This depends on:
- The type of ball stretchers you use. Metal ball stretchers are more intense and tend to provide more noticeable results. You should wear ball stretcher consistently in order to see these results, though. It is a good idea to wear them for at least a few hours every day. Many people choose to wear them for even longer periods of time. Flexible ball stretchers and leather ball stretchers are slower to give such noticeable results. Wearing them for too long every day will not necessarily improve your results. However, you need to be consistent and to continue using your stretchers on a daily basis.
- What kind of results you want to achieve? Many
people are hoping for long term results, and these are not easy to achieve. If
you want to get those impressive low hangers, you will need to dedicate a lot
of time to ball stretching. You should wear ball stretcher every day,
preferably at least for a few hours. Also, you will need to follow this routine
for months, maybe even years.
A
Note of Warning to Wear Ball Stretcher Every Day
There are some
things you need to remember in order to stay safe. This is particularly
important if you do choose to wear ball stretcher every day. It is important to
follow these guidelines even if you want to wear your ball stretching devices
for only short periods of time on a daily basis.
As you can see, a
lot depends on what you want to achieve. Wearing your ball stretchers every day
is something many people choose for themselves. However, keep in mind that you
need to ease yourself to this dynamic. Start small and leave your stretchers on
for shorter periods of time at first. You may also need to give your body a few
days to recover when you just begin.
Later, when you are more used to ball stretching, you can leave your ball weights on for longer periods of time. For example, many people choose to leave their ball stretching devices on for days, even weeks. This is something reserved for users with more experience. At the same time, building your endurance to be able to do this is one of the best ways to ensure noticeable, long-term results. If you wish to get those impressive low hanging balls, wearing metal ball stretchers consistently is a good way to go.

I have many questions for Steve. *Liked, “I love piercings and I can’t get enough of them. I am haveing such a hard time finding one that will stay on. I have followed everything to the T. Its either to small to go around me or it falls off. Will take all advice. Thanks
Hey Malcolm. I too had a very difficult time finding a weight that worked. I had to purchase and return about 4 times before finding something that stays on/isn’t too small. Originally I was in the market for a magnetic device but found out that the Chain Gang is switching manufacturers and isn’t sure when all of their sizes would be back in stock. I ended up settling on the standard locking device and even purchased a smaller magnetic device elsewhere since I couldnt find my size on this site. I don’t think the sizing instructions are very accurate, as I also followed everything to the T. Finally landed on something that works but spent an additional $40 in restocking due to inaccurate sizing instructions on this site. Frustratinh. Keep at it and good luck!
Use a cock ring so that it stops it
I wear a lighter metal ball stretcher every day usually for about 12 hours or longer. I have a much heavier one that I use for shorter periods. The lighter one is 35mm diameter and rests snugly on my balls with no danger of dropping off. The heavier one is 40mm diameter (not that much different) but after a while one of my balls begins to work it’s way into the gap and the thing drops off. I get round this two ways. If I wear it combined with the lighter stretcher I use that as the lower one, resting securely on my balls, and the heavy one above it. It feels great for a few hours (a real turn on) but then the skin of my balls begins to feel a bit chafed so I drop down just to the lighter one and that’s ok. When I wear it on it’s own I tie a bit of cotton tape tight enough around my scrotum so that my balls get pulled together beneath the stretcher. It stops either of them doing it’s own thing and sliding up into the gap. I can go out and about with complete confidence then, a heavy weight tugging my balls down and swinging them deliciously as I go about the day’s business.
Between 35 and 40 mm there are 36 and 38 mm. It really makes difference.
38 mm (1.5in) ended up being perfect for me…
Hi have been stretching with metal weights for just over a year now and the results are amazing, wear smaller weight 650g 24/7 and change up to 1235g for one week a mth and wear it 24/7, only take of for washing just love the constant tug on my balls, my partner just loves me wearing them have several pericings prince albert etc but the reason i am on is to ask does anyone know were i can go to get a scrotal tunnel pericing done live in n.i. but can travel hope someone out there can help
Hey Ernie I’m new to stretching and I’m 22 wondering if you have any tips for beginners I also live in NI any information would be appreciated x
I find that my 34 mm ID magnetic-closure stretcher is too small. It folds the skin up, causing it to chafe. Also, normal movement pops the magnets open. So, i can’t wear it long at all. Some days, I can’t even close it. Sadly, it’s not returnable, as I didn’t get it from The Chain Gang.
I have solid 1.5 inch (38 mm) rings I can put on without opening them, with a lot of wiggling and maneuvering to put the second ball into them.. Eventually, one or both balls will retract and the rings will always drop off.
I have a 40 mm ID screw closure device that is too big. It doesn’t take long at all to drop off. I plan to try adding a cloth strip to secure it. However, it is also too wide to be quite comfortable, as it hits my pudgy thighs.
So, it seems 36 mm ID may be the magic number for a round stretcher. Maybe it won’t fold-and-chafe my scrotum and maybe it won’t fall off.
I have a rounded oval stretcher on order from TCG. Their calculator says that if you wear a 36 mm round stretcher, the right oval is 25 mm wide x 52 mm long. So I ordered 25 x 50 mm, which is the closest. We’ll see how that works. I like the idea of the oval. If worn with the long axis front-to-back, it will be narrower that the round weight and less likely to bump or press on my thighs.
I am a veteran ball stretcher of over 12 yrs. What is the max weight I should wear 24/7. I currently wear 54 oz 24/7 . Thanks BG
