Do You Have to be Circumcised to Wear a Cum Stopper

Triple Ball Sperm StopperCum stoppers, also known as sperm stoppers, are handy little urethral toys. Do not be fooled by their small size – they are packed with power when it comes to preventing semen to be ejaculated from the penis. As such, they make perfect toys for those who enjoy the feeling of cum stopping or reverse ejaculation.

One of the main questions people ask about cum stoppers is whether you need to be circumcised to use one or not. The question likely comes from lack of education on the subject of cum stoppers, though the main thing that may cause trouble is the fact that a sperm stopper is connected to a glans ring. However, this is not so much of a problem.

Good news: you don’t have to be circumcised to wear a cum stopper. Your circumcision status has nothing to do with your ability to enjoy this powerful and handy toy. However, it is important to be informed about the toy in order to be able to use it safely.

The Design of a Cum Stopper

Before we go into the discussion of cum stoppers and circumcision status, it is important to say a few things about cum stoppers (sperm stoppers) as devices. While there are several different designs of these toys, a standard one is very simple and effective. A cum stopper consists of a short pole with a smooth ball on the top. The pole is inserted into the urethra, but it doesn’t tend to go deep. The point is not to perform extensive urethral stimulation but to prevent the semen to be ejaculated from the body.

The pole of a cum stopper is connected to a glans ring, which gives us the standard shape of a sperm stopper: it is a ring with a pole that has a ball on the end. The pole goes inside the urethra while the ring is worn as a glans ring, around the penis head. The glans ring is there to secure the sperm stopper inside the urethra and to provide some additional stimulation during use.

Depending on the design, a cum stopper may feature two or more balls instead of one, which provides a more intense stimulation during use. Or it may have a double or a triple glans ring made for a tighter grip. All of these variations are made to provide a different experience and to add something extra to your cum stopping.

The best of all, you can wear all these cum stoppers regardless of your circumcision status. They may be some rare exceptions to this rule, and some things depend on your individual anatomy, but most men can accommodate a sperm stopper regardless of their circumcision status. In other words: yes, you can wear a cum stopper if you are not circumcised. No, you don’t have to be circumcised to wear a cum stopper.

A Potential Issue

There is, however, one thing to keep in mind: the glans ring. While glans rings can be enjoyed regardless of your circumcision status, this is something men who are not circumcised often worry about. The comfort may depend on your foreskin and how tight it is, but as long as you can pull your foreskin you will be able to wear a glans ring without a problem. This also means that you can wear cum stoppers.

However, remember that glans rings are cock rings. It means that they are not really designed for a long-term wear. While there are many urethral toys you can safely wear for prolonged periods of time, cock rings are made to provide temporary effects. It is very dangerous to wear a cock ring (or, in this case, a glans ring) for long periods of time. This goes form men of any circumcision status. Everybody should be aware of this fact. You need to be careful in order not to endanger your health.

In other words, your circumcision status will not prevent you from enjoying cum stoppers, but you need to be careful about how long you wear your cum stopper. Make sure to take it off after 20 to 30 minutes maximum to avoid any problems. Remember, cock rings and glans rings are there to constrict the blood flow and you need to take them off after a short while to prevent injuries and other problems.

  1. For carrying a cum stopper
It is convenient if you have removed the Frenulum Praeputii. I removed the Frenulum myself many years ago. The foreskin does not need to be removed, it is even very helpful that the Cum stopper sits well.
