What Kind of Ball Stretchers You Can Wear All Day?

It is important to know what kind of ball stretchers you can wear all day. Wearing the wrong type of ball weights can cause numerous problems and it will set your progress back if you do it poorly.

Here are the types
of ball stretchers you can wear all day:

  • Comfortable metal stretchers. While
metal ball stretchers may seem intimidating, it is important to know that many
of them are surprisingly comfortable. There are many of those stretchers you
can wear for long periods of time. Just make sure to ensure a perfect fit and
that the stretcher closes comfortably around your scrotum.
  • Silicone ball stretchers. These
ball stretchers are flexible, so they provide a great comfort. In order to wear
them for long periods of time, make sure to choose stretchers that let your skin
    breathe a little.

  • Smaller leather ball stretchers.
Certain types of leather ball stretchers can be good for long-term wear, but
only if they are not too tall. Leather stretchers that cover a lot of your
scrotum can cause you to sweat and do not allow your skin to breathe properly.
For this reason, it is best to limit yourself to smaller ball stretchers.

In addition to type and design, make sure to always achieve a perfect fit. This is the main thing to pay attention to if you want ball stretchers you can wear all day. Make sure to choose the right size, and make sure that your stretcher sits comfortably. Any sign of discomfort and pain is bad news. If your stretcher starts to cause discomfort, it is best to remove it as soon as possible.

  1. Do I need a special tool to put a captive ball PA in I had a PA Placed around Christmas with a #6 ga barbell as my intro PA. I would like to replace with a 2ga Captive ball PA but the piercer thinks it would be better to have a 2 ga barbell instead? What would the advantage or disadvantage of a captive bead be? Can I change it myself?

  2. I thought I had selected a good size stretcher. After measuring as directed per the site, I ordered the 20mm x 26mm magnetic weight. When I received it and attempted to use it, I experienced several pinches which were not comfortable. I then ordered the next size, 20mm x 44 mm, which seems a little large, but the only one shown available. I was hoping that 30mm instead of 44mm would be available, but it is not per the chart.
