How to Put a Ball Stretcher On

How to Put a Ball Stretcher OnMetal ball stretchers are very effective and provide great results. They are also surprisingly comfortable to wear, once you get used to the sensation. While some other types of stretchers, such as leather stretchers, do provide some sensation, nothing compares to metal ball weights.

There is a problem, though. Many newbies don’t know how to put a metal ball stretcher on. The good news is that it’s actually not that difficult, but you need some practice to get it right. You need to be patient and relaxed – just keep on trying and you will manage to put your ball stretcher on eventually.

The more practice you have, the easier it gets. Experienced users can put their stretchers on in a matter of seconds, so it’s definitely not something to be scared of! However, it is important to be careful, since ball stretchers can hurt and make a damage if you don’t use them correctly.

We will detail how to put a common two-piece ball stretcher on, since this is the most popular variant. Some other stretchers can be put on while following the same instructions, so it works for more stretcher types than just one. That being said, this article mainly focuses on the popular two-part ball stretcher.

Preparations

Certain preparations are highly advisable (dare to say, necessary) if you wish to put your ball stretcher on without trouble, pain or discomfort. Whatever you do, make sure you have enough time to practice

You should put your ball stretcher on when the skin warm and relaxed. The best time is after a shower or a bath. The warmth will make your testicles stretch on their own (as the opposite of going up when it’s cold). It means there will be more space between your penis and testicles, so it makes it easier and more comfortable to put a ball stretcher on. The more experienced users may put their stretchers at any time, but newbies are strongly recommended to follow all of the preparation instructions carefully. Ball stretching requires some practice, so it’s important to give yourself a head start and ensure favorable conditions.

It is also important to prepare everything you’ll need, particularly the ball stretcher and the lube. If you’re using a common two-piece stretcher make sure to open the halves and have the screw ready. They should be placed near you – you wish to avoid the situation in which you run around searching for the screw or the lube.

Some men prefer to lie down to position their ball stretcher while the others prefer to do it while sitting or standing up. There is no one good way to go so you should experiment to find out what works the best for you. Just make sure to have a free access to your testicles and that you can actually see what you’re doing. You may also wish to do it in front of a mirror. These preparations might not be necessary once you get used to putting the stretcher on, but it is highly advisable for newbies. Putting a ball stretcher on requires some practice so you should not rush it and make it more difficult for yourself to do it properly.

It is also advisable to add some lube on your balls and the inside of the stretcher before you start. Don’t go overboard or it will be too slippery to handle! However, a bit of lube might help to ensure comfort, especially when you work your way to position the stretcher properly and to prevent skin from being pinched. In this sense, lube is very helpful. However, there is also a downside – it can make everything too slippery! For this reason, make sure not to get lube on your hands, and never use excessive amounts. You may add more lube once the stretcher is in place but again, don’t go overboard or it might slip and move.

On the other hand, some men find it easier to go without lube. Keep this in mind because this might be a better option for you. However, a bit of lube is recommended for newbies because it makes the whole thing more comfortable. That being said, there are many men who go without lube so you might be one of them. The best way is to practice and see what works best for you!

How to Put a Ball Stretcher On?

How to Put a Ball Stretcher OnTo start, place your index finger and thumb around your scrotum, just under the base of your penis and above the testicles. Gently push the balls down. Do not push too hard – this should not be painful. Do not try to stretch more than your balls naturally hang. The goal is to prepare your balls and to know the exact spot to place your ball stretcher.

A standard two-piece ball stretcher has two halves. One has a hole for the screw and the other one doesn’t. You should always start with a half without the hole, because that one goes behind the testicles. Even if you intend to use a bit different ball stretcher (a slightly different design), you should always start with the piece that goes behind the testicles.

The first thing you should do is to find the right spot. Keep in mind that you should never press on your testicles – the stretcher should go above them, not around them! Therefore, you should put the stretcher’s half just above your testicles. This half goes behind your scrotum. The stretched should neatly sit between the base of your penis and the top of your testicles. The easiest way to do is if you hold your testicles with one hand and place the stretcher’s half behind them.

The next step is to place the other half of the stretcher. It should go on the front, but on the top of your testicles. Make sure to align the two halves perfectly, while making sure that your testicles stay under the stretcher. This requires some work and practice. It is generally advisable to hold both halves with one hand while you position your testicles with the other hand. It may be needed to pull your scrotum down (and further away from the stretcher) and to pull the stretcher a bit up.

Chances are that you will pinch some skin in the process. This happens often, especially when you first try to position the two pieces together. In order to ensure comfort, it is strongly advisable that no skin is pinched. You will need to do without separating the two halves or else you will need to start the whole process from the beginning. You need to ensure that all skin stays under the stretcher. The best way to do it is to slowly pull the stretcher and scrotum away from each other: scrotum should be pulled down and stretcher up. You may also want to rotate the stretcher a bit in the process. Don’t forget to try some lube! It should ensure smoothness and comfort while positioning the two halves. However, do not put too much or it will become slippery.

The technique requires some practice but you should be able to prevent skin pinching. If you are unsure, check in front of a mirror. All of the skin should be under the stretcher and none of it should be pinched between two pieces of the metal. You may also wish to use your finger to move the skin under the stretcher. If you are unable to move all of the skin under the stretcher, don’t worry: you may do it later. Simply screw the two halves together a little (see below) and try again.

Once the two halves of the stretcher are in place and no skin is pinched between them, it is time to close the stretcher. You will need to work with your dominant hand here. Grab both of the halves of the stretcher with your non-dominant hand and hold them together. Use your dominant hand to place the screw into the hole. Screw it in place and tighten the stretcher. If you were unable to put all of the skin under the stretcher in the previous step, screw in just a little to join the two halves but not to make it tight. Try to put the skin under the stretcher again. Pull the scrotum down and the stretcher up and use fingers if necessary to put the skin under the stretcher. There should be no pinched skin left when you’re done. Once this is settles, screw in the stretcher to tighten it properly.

Make sure it is tight enough to provide enough pressure and to prevent any slipping, but also loose enough not to cause pain and discomfort. Generally speaking, ball stretchers should be tight – you shouldn’t be able to move them up and down easily. However, do not screw so tight that you are unable to unscrew once you’re done, and never tighten so much to cause pain or serious discomfort.

The Ball Stretcher is in Place

Once the stretcher is in place, allow your balls to get used to the new sensation. It is best to leave them be for a few minutes. After this period, you may touch your balls and penis to see how it feels. Keep in mind, however, that the first few times the stretcher should be worn no more than 10 to 20 minutes. Also, if you notice any sharp pain or major discomfort you should remove your stretcher straight away.

What about removal? To remove your ball stretcher, you should repeat the above steps in reverse. However, taking a ball stretcher off is much easier because you don’t need to worry about alignment and prevention of pinched skin. Simply unscrew the stretcher and open it into two halves. Remove them from your scrotum and you’re done! Just make sure not to lose the screw. Also, make sure to hold the stretcher with your hand or else one (or both) halves may fall down before you can catch them.

Additional Tips

How to Put a Ball Stretcher OnYou may be tempted to put your stretcher on while you are still in the shower. This may sound like a good idea, but it’s best to be avoided. Water will prevent the proper application of the lube and you do not want your skin to be wet – it may actually make it more difficult to put the stretcher on. Not to mention that it will be more difficult to prevent pinched skin. Finally, keep in mind that screws may rust when exposed to water. Because of these reasons it is strongly recommended not to put your stretcher on while you are in the shower.

Keep in mind that putting a ball stretcher on requires some practice, so this is what you need to do – practice! It often takes ten, fifteen or even twenty minutes of trial and error to put the stretcher on for the first time, so don’t give up! However, if you feel exhausted and if your balls start to hurt, or if you experience any discomfort, it is ok to stop and continue later. Do not rush things out. Be patient and you will make it happen!

Lube is your best friend, but it has to be used wisely. As outlined above, a bit of lube can help you put your stretcher on, but a lot can actually make things more difficult. You should try a few different ways and see what works for you. That being said, lube is a must have for wearing the ball stretcher, because it prevents chaffing.

Make sure not to wear your ball stretcher long the first two times. No more than 20 minutes. You can gradually increase the time if everything feels good, but do not jump from nothing to wearing your stretcher for hours or days. It’s always best to start small and work your way up from there.

Keep in mind that ball stretching is generally not permanent. Chances are that you will see some improvement soon, but your balls will not stay stretched for long. You need to wear your stretcher from time to time in order to keep those low hangers!
