Index The Semi Adjustable Plug with Glan’s Ring is a great new urethral toy you will love to use. It’s made of 316LVM Surgical Steel so it’s body-friendly, durable and smooth.
The plug is available in two variants: hollow (so all the fluids can pass through) and solid (so fluids can’t pass).
This plug starts out at 5mm but it has 8mm diameter for the main shaft.
The inside diameter of the ring is 25mm (1 inch), but in case you need a different size, it’s replaceable with our 10 gauge Single Bead rings which you can find here:

Solid and well made. Would be nice to have larger diameter options, but it fits well. Once it's all the way in, the lip between the shaft and the end ball helps hold it in, though it's a little uncomfortable on the way out. The glans ring is key for holding it in place, so be sure to get the right size.
I got the hollow version, but I had difficulty urinating with it in.
Nice piece, but I think I'd go with a flexible version next time.

Very nicely crafted. Looks good in. Bigger glans ring was necessary when erect but fit well when not erect. Feels great when in but I couldn't wear one of these all day unless I sat in the chair watching sports.

Works great when erect but the end needs to be more round when not and a lot of sitting is required. Enjoy the feeling wore it for a couple of days, needs a bigger glan ring from the start.

I found this item to be VERY comfortable and could wear it up to a day or two before taking it out, the bar between the plug and the glands ring is very comfortable but some sizing may be required for certain individuals who have different sized penises. But who am I to complain.... I know I like it and would recommend it to others who want to engage in this particular penis enjoyment.
