14k Double Side Set Gem Spiral is a gorgeous piece you can use for many different piercings, from navel and ear piercings to nipple and genital piercings, and more.
The spiral is made of high-quality, nickel free gold. We use palladium instead of nickel, so our gold body jewelry is both durable and body safe. Our gold is 100% solid - we don't use hollow balls that can easily crush.
This jewelry piece comes with two colored gems. The gems we use are Genuine Swarovski Cubic Zircons. They are all hand set and not machine set, so there's less risk of a stone falling out. Also, Swarovski Zircons will not cloud over quickly the way Austrian Crystal or plastics do.
We also offer other Genuine Stones if you prefer to use them for your jewelry. Simply email us with your request and we'll be happy to give you a price quote.
Our 14k Double Side Set Gem Spiral has balls of the following sizes:
18 Gauge 1/8" Gem Balls
16 Gauge 5/32" Gem Balls
14 & 12 Gauge 3/16" Gem Balls
10 Gauge 1/4" Gem Balls
All of our 14k gold pieces are Internally Threaded for your comfort. The only exception is the 18 gauge, which can only be Externally Threaded.

Well, I have the entire set (20mm, 30mm, and 40mm) and find the 40mm to be the best of the three. From the time I received my 20mm guy, I have worn one of them for 58 consecutive days (unless there is a metal detector problem, there is no reason to take it off). I have only a single (minor) nit to pick: the design (a pin and one hex-head screw) makes it a bit of a bother to put it on. But, DON'T SWEAT IT; with a bit of patience, you'll get it on and enjoy this wondrous ornament for a very long time. (Why, oh why, couldn't I have had one of these 50 years ago (I'm 71 now)? Sigh.)
