An ingenious design, instead of a bead there is a removable curved segment, thus still maintaining the continuous circular shape. Each segment is hand crafted to fit its particular ring, and has rounded edges to ensure comfort. They are made of 316LVM Surgical Steel. We also Recommend getting at least the Ring Opening Pliers for the Larger Gauges like 8 gauge, as these work just like a Captive Bead Ring.
- AWESOME PRODUCT Review by Russ
I was so excited to get this jewelry for my PA..I went from a 6 ga to a 4 ga, and I couldnt be happier. The customer service was awesome as well and very prompt. I just got a few more piercings and I cant wait to order my next piece. THANKS!!!
P.S. This jewelry is also very comfortable to wear.

- Not Seamless Review by piercedone
I purchased the segment ring at 2g, 5/8". It is beautifully crafted. I have the opening pliers, so I was able to put it in easily.
Here is the problem, at least from my end: the corners are sharp enough that they can be felt, so when it passes into the urethra, since there is a slight gap, you feel the corners. That is an eye opener, let me tell you. Maybe what is also needed is a closing plier to tighten it. Beautifully made, just doesn't feel nice passing through when on.
Other than that one issue, the segment ring feels good, not a heavy weight.

Great item. The edges where the two pieces join are totally smooth making it very comfortable for a prince albert piercing. Highly recommended!

- Some adjustments on manufacturing needed Review by Piercedmetal
Ordered 2ga 7/8 segment nipple rings. The attached balls for closure could be shorter/flatter. I had to adjust them with a drill in my lab to get them in the ring. I have used wire cutters to remove the segments, it is easy and placed at the joint, squeeze gently, and out it pops. Good products. Have the same style, 00 ga PA.

- Beautiful piece of jewelry, but... Review by Dellbert
I bought this piece because I have always wanted one. But alas, I have won the "stupid a$$ customer" award for not reading or thoroughly comprehending what is written about the ring before you buy it, e.g., buying the pliers. I haven't been able to wear the piece because I don't have the confidence to use pliers close to my penis,...I'm just not that ballsy, especially with a 1 gauge 3/4". So as for now, it will just be a paper weight. LOL!!!

- Good Quality Review by Jim
Depending on the gauge Putting this earring on or off may require the Ring Opening Pliers.
Have bought other stuff - good quality.
Would probably do business with them again now that I have the hang of it.

Ordered 3/4" 8g for my PA, fits good and has been very comfortable so far. I like the segmented ring better than the captive bead ring I had in before. The worst part was getting the segment out, inserting the ring and getting the segment back in, but I'm sure w/some practice that will get better. I will most probably be buying another when I'm ready for a size increase.
