I have had a PA for about 10 years and always had problems with irritation. I have worn my 0 gauge Tribal Dream Ring for about a year with no problems at all. I have only taken it out a couple of times, I have found it very condom friendly and it feels great. The only minus with it is the need of a screwdriver to take it out if needed.
