great piece here. was a 12 gauge went to a ten with a store bought taper not nearly as nice or quality as this one. yes there is a big difference.this one is an 8 gauge worked so so so much better than the other one less pain nearly painless.def will be purchasing the 6 gauge next time. for my frenum piercing.
