Karma Sutra Range deals with sacred sexual positions. These have been pasted on from generation to generation, and in some cases caused the next generation. These charms just slide onto a curved barbell and are made to fit behind a larger gem or ball. They work really well with our Gem Set Curved Barbells because the Gem Ball is larger and it fits on it perfectly. They are sold separately and not included in the price.
