Nostril Retainers are made of clear Lucite, and are made up of a very small flat clear disk on the front of the clear shaft. They are 3/8" long, and held in place by an O-ring in the back. These work exceptionally well for most, especially if makeup is used on the clear disk to blend it in even further with your skin tone. They are like a micro micro Labret Retainer. Sorry they are only currently available in 18 gauge.
