Our Titanium is Nickel Free, half the weight of Steel, and available in several brilliant colors, without the use of dyes to color it. We only use G23TI Surgical Titanium or 6AI-4VEli Implantable Titanium. Both of these grades have been successfully used worldwide for heart valves, pacemakers, and implants. Circular Barbells are a great design for people who frequently remove or change their jewelry. 16 gauge and larger circular barbells are all Internally Threaded, and can be worn with virtually any piercing. Circular Barbell's are measured using the inside diameter. They are available in a wide variety of colors, with either Matching Colored Balls or balls in a different color if requested. This is true with the exception of the 0 Gauge, 00 Gauge, 7/16", and 1/2" gauge. These are only available with Surgical Steel Balls only. Also on All Gauges Rainbow is only available with Surgical Steel Balls. *18 gauge is externally threaded, all others are all Internally Threaded.
