Naturally it is made out of Surgical Steel so it can be worn virtually all the time. The MegaCuff is made from a 10 mm thick bar of Surgical Steel, and has a removable 20 mm ball at each end. With both balls removed the gap is 33 mm, which will allow for comfortable placement over the wrist.
