By popular demand we have now added Large Gauge Nipple Stirrups. They are 316LVM Surgical Steel for your wearing comfort. The Gauge will be the gauge of the barbell and the Stirrup.The Size is the distance between the uprights on the Stirrup. If you wear a 1/2" Barbell comfortably now, then you should order a 1/2" size and we will make the barbell to fit.
