These are naturally made put of the same grade Surgical Steel as everything else that we carry. The Triple Gem Setting is only made for horizontal Piercings like nipple piercings. They are available in two sizes 4mm-5mm-&-6mm balls, and these work well with smaller gauge rings. The other size has 6mm-7mm-&-8mm balls made for the larger gauge rings.
