Cherry Bombs are very similar to a Screwball Ring in that the ball is threaded onto the ring, except that Cherry Bombs usually have a Large Ball with a very small diameter ring. They are all custom made and on our version we allow you to choose the ball size that you would like. There is a slight gap between the ball and the other end of the ring, which is rounded and highly polished.

The recommended ball size depends on several factors. The Weight that you want, the Gauge of the ring, and the Diameter of the ring.

However as a rule of thumb;
8 gauge - should use a ball - 3/8" to 3/4"
6 gauge - should use a ball - 1/2" to 3/4"
4 gauge - should use a ball - 1/2" to 3/4"
2 gauge - should use a ball - 5/8" to 3/4"
0 gauge - should use a ball - 5/8" to 3/4"
00 gauge - should use a ball - 5/8" to 3/4"
7/16" gauge - should use a ball - 3/4"
1/2" gauge - should use a ball - 3/4"
