This is a really beautiful 14k Gold piece. It has 2 Trillion shaped gems that are perfectly hand set. It is a great piece for several piercings, but especially the Eyebrow or the Nipple piercings, and is available in a variety of colors. We use 4 mm Trillions on the 16 gauge and 6 mm Trillions on all other gauges. The Gold used is Totally Nickel Free, and available in either; solid 14K Yellow Gold or 14K White Gold. All of our 14K Gold pieces are Solid 14K Gold, even the balls. We do not use hollow balls or hollow shafts that are used by many of the other companies.
