But when I opened the box I was amazed at how beautiful the piece is, and I am so happy with the results. Thank you so much for replacing the pearl, the resizing is perfect, and after cleaning it sparkles like brand new. Can you please recommend a cleaning product I can use. This is a really beautiful 14k Gold piece. It has 2 Trillion shaped gems that are perfectly hand set. It is a great piece for several piercings, but especially the Eyebrow or the Nipple piercings, and is available in a variety of colors. We use 4 mm Trillions on the 16 gauge and 6 mm Trillions on all other gauges. The Gold used is Totally Nickel Free, and available in either; solid 14K Yellow Gold or 14K White Gold. All of our 14K Gold pieces are Solid 14K Gold, even the balls. We do not use hollow balls or hollow shafts that are used by many of the other companies.
