The Gem Set Cluster Nostril Screw is very cute. It has a Round Gem Surrounded by Gold Cluster balls. The piece is 5.5 mm corner to corner. The Gold used in this Piece is Totally Nickel Free, and available in either; solid 14K Yellow or White Gold. These are available in a Nostril Screw, Straight NoseBone Style, or unbent Fishtail. The Straight Nosebone is the Straight Post with a small ball on the other end to keep the piece in place. Unbelievably easy to use. Just pop it in and out of your piercing in less than 1 second.
