But when I opened the box I was amazed at how beautiful the piece is, and I am so happy with the results. Thank you so much for replacing the pearl, the resizing is perfect, and after cleaning it sparkles like brand new. Can you please recommend a cleaning product I can use. The Mysterium Bull Horn Mutation Ring is made of Surgical Steel and has a permanent PVD coating on it to give it the black color. The ball also has a white enamel star on it. These rings are very unique and will vary in thickness so you should order one gauge smaller then you need to be able to get these to fit in your piercing.
