The Triple Melee Hybrid Spiral has a Setting made out of 14k Gold and a Spiral made out of 316LVM Surgical Steel. The Triple Melee is 6mm in size and is attached to the Spiral so you will not have to worry about losing it. The 3 smaller gems on the bottom are considered the dangle color and can be a different color gem than the main gem color as well. The Gem Setting can be made in either 14k White or Yellow Gold at no additional charge to you. The Ball can also have a gem as well the choice is up to you. These are also Internally Threaded for your comfort.
