The Navel Drop Hybrid Spiral is Internally Threaded for your comfort. The Setting is made out of 14k Gold and the Spiral is made out of 316LVM Surgical Steel. The Navel Drop has 3 Round gems that get larger as they go and the dangle is attached to the Spiral so it will never come off. The Settings can be made in either 14k White or Yellow Gold at no additional charge to you. The Ball can also have a gem in it as well if you like, to give you the look you want.
