But when I opened the box I was amazed at how beautiful the piece is, and I am so happy with the results. Thank you so much for replacing the pearl, the resizing is perfect, and after cleaning it sparkles like brand new. Can you please recommend a cleaning product I can use. The Large Flower Hybrid Spiral is a beautiful piece. It has a Setting made out of 14k Gold and the Spiral is made out of 316LVM Surgical Steel. The Flower has two gem color options the Center Gem and the Petals and is about 7/16" in diameter. The Flower and is attached to the Spiral so you will never lose your Flower. The Flower Setting can be made in either 14k White or Yellow Gold at no additional charge to you. The Ball that you chose can also have a gem as well, the choice is up to you. These are also Internally Threaded for your comfort.
