The Heart Gem Set Hybrid Spiral is made in a combination of both 14k Gold and 316LVM Surgical Steel together. The Setting is where the 14k Gold is and the Spiral is the Surgical Steel. The Heart Gem is 6x6 mm in size and is attached to the Spiral so it will always face the same way, and you will not have to worry about losing it. The Setting can be made in either 14k White or Yellow Gold at no additional charge to you. These are also Internally Threaded for your comfort.
