The Emerald Gem Set Hybrid Spiral has a 8x6mm Emerald Gem. The Setting is made out of 14k Gold and the Spiral is made out of Surgical Steel. The Emerald Gem is attached to the Spiral for security, so that you do not have to worry about losing it. The Setting can be made in either 14k White or Yellow Gold for no additional charge to you. The Ball can have a gem as well if you like. These are also Internally Threaded for your comfort.
