The Bezel Cup Hybrid Spiral has a 6mm Setting made from 14k Gold and the Spiral itself is made out of 316LVM Surgical Steel. This piece is internally threaded for your comfort and the Bezel Cup is attached to the Spiral. This way your will never lose your Gem. The Bezel Setting can be made in either 14K White or Yellow Gold at no additional charge to you. The Ball can also have a gem as well in either Steel or Gold. The choice is up to you to give you the look you want.
