But when I opened the box I was amazed at how beautiful the piece is, and I am so happy with the results. Thank you so much for replacing the pearl, the resizing is perfect, and after cleaning it sparkles like brand new. Can you please recommend a cleaning product I can use. The 4 Prong Round Gem Hybrid Spiral has a 4 Prong Setting to give this piece the sparkle it deserves. The setting is made out of 14k Gold and the Spiral is made out of 316LVM Surgical Steel. The Gem is 6mm in size and is attached to the Spiral so it will always stay in place. The Gem Setting can be made in either 14k White or Yellow Gold which ever you prefer to accent the gem that you choose. The Ball Plain can also have a gem as well to give you the look you want. These are also Internally Threaded for your comfort.
