The Pear Hybrid Fixed Ring has a Setting made out of 14k Gold and a Ring made out of 316LVM Surgical Steel. The Pear Gem is 8x5mm in size and the setting is attached to the Ring so that you do not have to worry about losing it or it turning the wrong way. It can be set vertical or horizontal, which ever you prefer, and is available in either 14K White or Yellow Gold for the same price.
