The 6 Prong Round Gem Hybrid Fixed Ring has a 6 Prong Setting made out of 14k Gold and the Ring is made out of Surgical Steel. The Gem is 6mm in size and is attached to the Ring. It can be set for a Horizontal or Vertical the option is up to you. These two metals fuse well together for a very solid piece. The Gem Setting can be made in either White or Yellow Gold at no additional charge to you.
