The Princess Hybrid Curved Barbell is 6x6mm and the setting is made out of 14k Gold and the Curved Barbell is made out of Surgical Steel. The Princess setting is permanently attached to the Curved Barbell. This piece gives you the option to have a Surgical Steel or a 14k Gold Ball, Gem Ball. These are also internally threaded for your comfort and this setting can be made in either 14K White or Yellow Gold.
