The Heart in this Hybrid Curved Barbell is 6x6mm, and the setting is made out of 14k Gold. The Curved Barbell shaft is Surgical Steel which is great to cut cost. The Heart is permanently attached to the Curved Barbell. This piece gives you the option to have a Surgical Steel or a 14k Gold Ball or Gem Ball. This piece is naturally internally threaded for your comfort and available in either White or Yellow Gold.
