The Pear Hybrid Curved Barbell has an 8x5mm in a setting that is made out of 14k Gold, which is permanently attached to a Curved Barbell made out of Surgical Steel. The Top Gem is a 3mm Round Gem in a 4 prong setting which is also made out of 14k Gold. These are also internally threaded for your comfort and can be made in either White or Yellow Gold.
