The Grim Spike Bracelet is a tough looking bracelet. It has indentions made though out the Surgical Steel bracelet, as well as the threaded ends. It is about 1/2 thick in thickness.

To get the perfect fit you need to lay a ruler across your wrist to measure the width and get the diameter that you will need. Also to check your measurement you can use a cloth tape measure or a string to measure your wrist and then divide that measurement by 3.14 and that will give you the diameter if your wrist where a perfect circle. Because the shape of your wrist is not an absolute perfect circle this is just used as a way to check your measurements.
