The Titanium Skull Straight Barbells are all Internally Threaded and the skulls are made from Sterling Silver. The shaft of these barbells are titanium so you can choose the color for the shaft as well as the eye color if you would like gem eyes, or leave them the empty sockets. We will leave that up to you. 16 gauge and larger are all Internally Threaded.
