Gem Set Skull Circular Barbells are a great way to enhance those nipple piercings as well as ears and many other piercings too. You have twelve gem colors to chose from to make the eyes your own, or you can leave them as empty hollow sockets like a real skull. The Skull heads are made from Sterling Silver, but the Circular Barbell is made from 316LVM Surgical Steel. Naturally, these are are Internally Threaded as well. All gauges are Internally Threaded.
