Skull Labrets are very cool looking. These are also a very high quality piece. The post is made from Surgical Steel, the Skull is Sterling Silver, and the Flat Pad is Titanium. This is a 3 piece labret, both the Skull and the Pad are threaded and removable and this is naturally an Internally threaded piece. Also you can have the eyes with no gems as it is pictured, or we can set gems into the eyes for you at no additional charge. Tons of gem colors available.
