Skull Labrets are very cool looking. These are also a very high quality piece. The post is made from Surgical Steel, the Skull is Sterling Silver, and the Flat Pad is Titanium. This is a 3 piece labret, both the Skull and the Pad are threaded and removable and this is naturally an Internally threaded piece.
