The Gem Set Nipple Chain Stirrup is made out of Sterling Silver Chains and Swarovski Crystals. This piece will work on a 14 Gauge or smaller Barbell in sizes from 5/16" to 3/4" of course the longer the barbell the more the design is spread out. This piece does not include a barbell.
