Internally Threaded 316LVM Surgical Steel Single Captive Straight Barbells are a very nice piece to add to your collection of body jewelry. They are very popular for Tongue and Industrial piercings, but can be used anywhere a straight barbell can be worn. The ring is just a captive bead ring, so you can take it off anytime you like, leaving you with a plain barbell. It like having two pieces in one.

These pieces are also sometimes called Slave Barbells or Doorknockers also. The Straight Barbell portion is the main piece that you would insert into your piercing, the rings are also 316LVM Surgical Steel so you could where the ring and let the barbell hang though, but if you would like to do that, email us so that we can set it up in the gauges and sizes you want.

The sizing that you provide is for gauge and length of the Barbell. We will include the appropriate sized Rings depending on the gauge and size of barbell you order.

16 gauge and larger are All Internally Threaded for easy insertion.
