These are serious weights for the serious enthusiast.
These are commonly used to attach to the Leather or Steel Ball Weights with the weight clips but can be used anywhere that you are man enough. These are made out of Surgical Steel and are available it two sizes.

300 grams which is about 10.5 ounces
