Just as with all of our other Medical Grade Blackline items. The coating is permanent, so there is no need to worry about it wearing off. And it is placed over Medical Grade Titanium Jewelry, so there are not even any alloys such as nickel.

Our Blackline is truly one of the safest and most advanced pieces of body jewelry available anywhere. The PVD coating is already used on pacemakers and other implants.

The interior distance between the two flanges is 7 millimeters. One side is threaded and unscrews so that you can insert and remove them easily.
