To Measure yourself for a Glans Ring with ball: While you have an erection wrap a piece of string around your penis right behind the head (where you want the head ring). With a pen or marker mark on the string where it meets the end. Then measure the string between the end and the mark you made. Take that measurement, convert it to a decimal, then divide that number by 3.14. That is your "Inner Diameter" measurement. 4 3/4" outer diameter or string measurement
4 3/4" converted to decimal: 4.75"
4.75 divided by 3.14 = 1.51
