The Trojan Ball Spiral is an enormously heavy looking piece of steel, but looks are deceiving. This piece is a Hollow piece of 316LVM Surgical Steel so it looks massive but is actually very lightweight. This piece is great for those who like having large jewelry without the weight or having to stretch their piercings further from the weight.

2 gauge Inside Diameter is approx 1/2" with 3/8" Balls
0 gauge Inside Diameter is approx 5/8" with 1/2" Balls
00 gauge Inside Diameter is approx 11/16" with 5/8" Balls
