This Fixed Ring has a 14k Gold Nickel Free setting attached to a 316LVM Surgical Steel Fixed Ring. The Emerald Gem is 8x6mm in size and the setting is attached to the ring, so you do not have to worry about losing the gem or it facing the wrong way. It can be set for a Horizontal or Vertical the option is up to you. The Gem Setting can be made in either 14K White or 14K Yellow Gold at no additional charge to you.
