The Marquise in this Hybrid Curved Barbell is 8x4mm and the setting is made out of 14k nickel free Gold and the Curved Barbell is made out of Surgical Steel. The Marquise is permanently attached to the Curved Barbell. The Top Gem is a 3mm Round Gem with a 4 prong setting which is also made out of 14k Gold. This setting is internally threaded for your comfort and can be made in either White or Yellow Gold.
