The Side Set Gem Straight Barbells are great in any piercing suitable for a straight barbell, where you would want the gems to face forward, such as the Industrial, Nipple, HCH, Eyebrow, and Tongue piercings. They are available in many different gem colors, sizes and gauges.
There all made from 316LVM Surgical Steel and are Internally Threaded. These will dress up any piercing without being hard on the pocket.

16 gauge and larger are all Internally Threaded.
