• Do not break the security seal on the Clear Bag that your piece will arrive in. Your brand new piece of jewelry will arrive in a clear bag that has been heat sealed. This seal must not be broken. Due to Health Risks we will not accept returns if the seal has been broken. This way you always know what you are getting from us is new.
  
  

• 90 Day limitation from the date that you receive your package. (thats 3 Months). We must receive it back within 90 days of the date it was delivered to you in sealed & reasellable condition.
  
  

• Custom ordered pieces, or pieces using Genuine Stones are covered 100% against manufacturers defects, but not the satisfaction guarantee as they are custom made for your order.
