The Large Flower is permanently attached to the Curved Barbell and is about 7/16″ in diameter. This piece gives you the option to have a Surgical Steel or a 14k Gold Gem Ball. This is also internally threaded for your comfort. The Flower settings can be made in either White or Yellow Gold.
